The Foundation is a non-profit organisation. It does not pursue commercial purposes and does not seek to make a profit, which means it is dependent on donations and contributions.

Purpose of the Foundation

  • The medical research and combating of diseases such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (“ME/CFS”).
  • The initiation, execution and implementation of research projects as well as publications and documentation of research results.
  • To support and promote awareness of diseases such as ME/CFS. To provide support for affected individuals and their relatives, in particular by granting monetary benefits and by transferring the use of Foundation assets.
  • The Foundation pursues its purpose of medical research in countries all over the world.
  • Organisation and implementation of awareness projects and awareness-raising measures as part of PR work to improve the public perception of diseases such as ME/CFS.
